Not what you were looking for? Receive an item in error? Order the wrong item? We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days from order ship date for a refund. If there are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you, we will provide return shipping label and refund 100% of order value including freight. Otherwise upon inspection the returned item status, we charge a 15% restocking fee of your item value plus freight.

Please note:
  • Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 3 business days. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method.
  • All returns must be authorized with a RMA number to be returned. We will not accept returned packages if there is no RMA number marked outside of the box.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival.
  • All authorized returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee unless item is defective or we shipped wrong.
